Information about chat buddies

Hello,

The only available information about a buddy in a conversation chat is
PurpleConvChatBuddy struct, which provides only poor information:
- name
- alias
- is_buddy
- some flag about his status on channel

'is_buddy' seems to be always false with the jabber plugin, and it isn't enough
to have information about a chat buddy.

For example, on a Jabber conversation, how to get a buddy's JID? On IRC, how to
get a user userhost?
