Pidgin is in string freeze!

Hi, all,

The im.pidgin.pidgin branch is now officially in string freeze for the upcoming
2.6.4 release.  No strings are allowed to change during the freeze.

Translators, please work on your translations!  There have been several string
changes and additions since I announced the intent to string freeze, so if you
already updated your translation last weekend, it will need further updating.
