We have lots of icon tickets. Someone should definitely poke Hylke about it.

As far as I can tell, it's working fine. It scales the same way as the
Volume Manager and Power Manager icons, anyway. It also comes out
transparent in the right places. Someone needs to test it out on Windows,
though.
