I do like the msn refactor and cleanup but I guess it worth to cleanup
over msnp16 branch or merge msnp16 (it looks like working but needs
some testing) to i.p.p.  I just can feel the pain at propagation/merge
time with all this changes, specially the ones in user, notification
and status modules.
