pidgen 2.6.5 make failed

I'm attempting to build pidgen 2.6.5 for puppy linux 4.3.1

uname -a

using the following config due to missing libs

--disable-tcl && make && sudo make install

I'm going to try to find the missing libs and do a strait build. Any info is
