Minbif, a libpurple client

Hi,

As you probably know BitlBee, Minbif is an IRC instant messaging gateway which
uses libpurple.
Minbif 1.0 has been released on November, and supports buddy lists, private
queries, conference rooms, file transfers, ASCII-ART webcam, etc.

It is available on http://minbif.im and in several Linux distribution.
