Clear conversation window from a protocol prpl

MXit provides a number of interactive services (eg, information
portals, games, etc) to the users.

Most of it is text-based with menu's, so clearing the
screen/conversation as the user moves from one menu/page to another
provides a cleaner view of the current information.  It also stops a
user from selecting/clicking on an option further up in the
conversation that was part of one of the previous menus/pages.

(The "clear screen" is sent as a command in a specific command message
packet from the MXit service, so one of your normal buddy's cannot
just clear your conversation window)
