Yahoo Web Messenger Login Code

In our Yahoo prpl's (libpurple/protocols/yahoo), there is code to try using a
"web messenger login" that has been disabled for years. It doesn't even work at
this point. Is there any reason to keep this code around?

Additionally, there's YCHT protocol code in there as well. Near as I can tell,
YCHT is only used if we're using the web messenger login method. If there's no
reason to keep the web messenger login code, I can't see any reason to keep YCHT
around either.

Thoughts?

John
