Trac 0.12.0

Howdy,

     I've been following Pidgin for quite a while now, absolutely love 
the software.

     Trac 0.12.0 was released recently. When the beta was released, I 
upgraded my companies Trac installation from 0.11.7 to the beta, and saw 
some nice performance enhancements, and also a few improvements to some 
of the coarser parts of the UI.

     Do the Pidgin developers have any plans to upgrade to a newer 
version of Trac? I imagine that if you do, it would be after one or two 
maintenance milestones are released.
