backend-fs2.c should not be built if farsight is unavailable, but I'm not so
sure about the lack of gstreamer.  Maiku would know better.  Marty's posts
indicated he was including --disable-vv, --disable-farsight, and
--disable-gstreamer.  This combination *definitely* should have forced
backend-fs2.c *not* to build.
