PurpleNotifyUserInfo codepage

hello, can you give me some help?

struct PurpleNotifyUserInfo has user information, but which codepage it
uses?

purple_notify_user_info_entry_get_value()

give me char*, but when I print it, I cant see normal text. Can you give me
some advise how to get it wright?
