(no) flashing on windows vista/7

hello,

regarding ticket http://developer.pidgin.im/ticket/11842

i know it's closed and sorted out. but for me, i consider it a feature, 
not a bug :) the window flashing annoys me. is there anything i can set 
in pidgin to keep it not flashing? or could you maybe give us the choice 
of setting this? i've tried every setting i found that might have 
affected this, but had no luck.
