I have propagated the msnp16 branch to the SLP branch. I have also
enabled MSNP16 in the SLP branch.

Dimmuxx, dvpdiner2 and I have been testing this code and it looks
quite stable to be merged.

If there is no objection I will wait this week to find major issues on
the branch and merge it to im.pidgin.pidgin the next weekend.
