How can I play gtalk rtp Payload?

Hello,

I have developed an project about rtp streams and one part of it is that
capturing gtalk video and voice rtp packets.

then ı want to make video with combining rtp payloads. gtalk uses h264/svc
codec for this, but I haven't played yet.

rtp payloads start with 0x38 or 018 byte and continue with 0x00... how can ı
play this payload?? can you help me for

this problem?

To my search pidgin uses libjingle library for video. can I solve my problem
to use libjingle??
