Trac Changes

Hi all,

I thought I should probably point out that I've made a few changes to trac.  I
installed the Wiki Edit Notification plugin I previously proposed, as well as
the spam filter plugin that's been discussed a number of times in the XMPP MUC.

The wiki plugin is working, mailing to the wikiedit at pidgin.im mailing list as
intended.

I don't want to hand out the details of our spam filter configuration here on
the list, as it'll make bypassing it easier.  I don't know if the initial
configuration I've done is sufficient or not yet; we'd have to actually have an
attempt at spam to know.
