Patch #12519

Hi guys,
Several months ago I wrote a patch
(http://developer.pidgin.im/ticket/12519 ) for "pounce when my status
is..." functionality. It did get a brief review, but everybody seems
to have forgotten about it ever since. However, I would like to see
this feature in Pidgin because I think it's quite useful.
Is there any chance for this patch to get included? Do I need to make
any improvements?
