Time to drop the qq plugin?

As you all know, the qq prpl we've been carrying for ages no longer works.
Contributions to it are few and far between and we have users complaining to no
end about the lack of support. Quite frankly, I'm tired of shipping broken code
that doesn't get supported.
In that vein, I propose that we drop the qq prpl for 2.8.0. Any thoughts,
objections, statements of support, etc?
