Help plz.I got errors when building src

Hi,
    I'm a IM developer in China.When I built the soure files of Pidgin
following the URL-http://developer.pidgin.im/wiki/BuildingWinPidgin, it
suggested me such errors. Could you give me any tips?Thanks.
