Android summer of code status

Michael Zangl has been cranking away this summer on wrapping libpurple
for use on Android.  We're half-way through Google Summer of Code and
he has something that's good enough to play around with.  If you're an
aspiring Android dev and think you might want to help out, you should
totally check out his work.

There are three projects that build upon each other: one to build
dependencies, one to wrap libpurple, and an example client that uses
