Error compiling for windows

Hi:

I'm trying to compile pidgin-2.10.3 and I get the following error when
running 'make -f Makefile.mingw install' :

$ make -f Makefile.mingw install
....
....

I followed the instructions on the preparation for the development
environment.

I downloaded and installed all packages by following the links of your
website.

I'm using cygwin installed with default options and added thepackages:
libiconv, make, monotone, patch, unzip, wget, and zip.

Any ideas??
