where is the source code for 'text replacement' plugin?

Hi
I want to read the source code tor text replacement plugin? According to
this <https://developer.pidgin.im/wiki/CHowTo/BasicPluginHowto>, plugin
source should be in pidgin/libpurple/plugins directory. But the source is
not there. Where can i find this?
