Categories in plugins window

It can just be made optional and if it's not that it gets set to other or
something.

As I mentioned in another email, I think this would be a good fit in
GPlugin itself and will probably bang it out this weekend. Also I was
talking to Richard Laager last night and he brough up some good points
about adding the version checking in GPlugin as well. I have some ideas on
how to do this, but I wanted to run them past you. Ping me on IRC when
you're online so we can talk about it.
