Dear Valued Customer,

This notice is to inform you of the following maintenance window being
scheduled for a hardware node housing your device(s) not within our
enterprise cluster.

Hardware Node:  imperial.pidgin.im
Hardware Node:  rock.pidgin.im

START DATE:      Dec-10-2013
START TIME:       6:00PM PST
END TIME:           9:00PM PST

TYPE OF WORK:                  Software and firmware updates
PURPOSE OF WORK:          Security and stability
IMPACT OF WORK:              Node reboot
ESTIMATED DOWNTIME:    < 5-10 minutes

We will be performing updates on these hardware nodes beginning
Tuesday Dec-10-2013 at 6:00PM PST.  There will be approximately 5-10
minutes (or less) of downtime when the device is power cycled as
containers come back online.
