[GSOC] : FT Progress as of 1st July 2013

Hi!

I'm still onto the Google Talk File transfer implementation. Playing
around with Jingle right now to initiate the file transfer, I'm
sending a jabber_iq_send() of IQ_TYPE_RESULT in order to let the peer
know that I really want to receive that file. Jabber is showing up as
an unknown protocol for some reason on my compiled pidgin right now,
hopefully that gets fixed soon enough.
