Releasing Pidgin 2.10.11 Soon

Folks,

It hasn't been long since we got 2.10.10 out the door, but I think we
should plan to release again soon.

The NSS plugin in 2.10.10 has some unfortunate bugs in how it handles (or
doesn't handle, as the case is) Self-Signed Certificates.
https://developer.pidgin.im/ticket/16412 is the relevant ticket

I'm not aware of any other open pressing issues.

What do folks think about planning to release on 11/12?
