[HELP] Can't get connections signal to work

I have been working on this peculiar 'connections' subsystem signals
and none of them seem to be registerable in jabber.c. For an example,
http://pastebin.com/dnvXARRA tries to capture the "signed-on" signal
from connections but it does not work. The strange thing is that other
signals in that location of jabber.c work and this very same signal
also works in signals-test plugin but "connections" signals apparently
do not work in jabber.c.

Does anybody have any clue what might be wrong with this code?
