Dropping GStreamer 0.1 Support

I already mentioned that on devel@ conference:

I don't think we are ready for gst 1.0 yet:
- some features are missing (device selection, maybe others)
- there might be problems with win32 build (just need to be verified)
- if I remember correctly, gst 0.10/1.0 is bound to specific version
of webkitgtk (or vice versa) - you need to verify which one depends on
which version of another; and again - win32

There are also constraints on specific webkitgtk versions supporting
Webkit1 API, which is obsolete in favor of Webkit2 API. Ideally, we
could migrate to the latter. I don't know how much effort it takes.

If we (you) address those issues and ensure our gst 1.x support is no
worse than 0.10, then I will be in favor of dropping it.
