Dropping GStreamer 0.1 Support

The new device selection API for gst1 is ready, but we don't use it
yet. I've heard, that most important win32 A/V plugins are ported, but
they don't implement selection API yet.

I think Michael could try to implement this API in Pidgin, but I'm not
sure if it's worth his effort to work on gstreamer plugins source. It
might require just a single day to fix those, though.
