Thanks for bringing this up.
It should now be fixed - the plugin we were using to send the emails needed
to be updated for the version of hg that's now being used.

The next time a revision is committed to a repo emails for previously
skipped revisions should also be sent out.

I fixed the pushlog hgweb stuff (similar issue)
