Releasing Pidgin 2.10.11 Soon

What is the current thinking on this?

Now that the new API is looking stable, it does seem very attractive to
add it to the 2.x branch. It would be a lot easier to get it to users
that way.

But I am *painfully* aware that none of it has even made it to 3.x
yet :(
