Problems Building Pidgin 3.0.0 for Windows

It seems that you got installed gtk3 development files - you need to
choose gtk2 when running configure, or download gtk3 dlls by yourself.
All dependencies are in the zip file, but they are bound to certain
versions of gtk/webkit etc.
