Jorge Villaseñor spake unto us the following wisdom:

I just did this.  James is now a CPW, retaining access to his soc
trees but gaining access to pidgin/** and cpw/jgeboski/**.

James, please add yourself to the CPW roster in about if you like, and
if there's a way to indicate ownership of a prpl (I don't recall
without looking), do so!
