Someone pointed me at gdiscreencapsrc. Now it should do Windows too.
Although I have so far failed to get the Windows build going with
mingw32-configure. I'll keep working on that.

There's an avfvideosrc which Adium can use too, but does Adium have V/V
support at all anyway?
