Greetings Programs!

It was brought to my attention that some messages from this list were
going directly to spam due to the way GNU Mailman was configured.  I
have just now made a change which will hopefully correct this on all of
our mailing lists.

If you haven't seen any traffic from this list in awhile, this is
probably why.  As such, be sure to check out the archives[1] if you
think you may have missed some messages.
