<p>I downloaded and extracted everything correctly as the instruction tells me.
However, it shows an error message when I execute "building pidgin" this

<p>In the 83th line of Makefile.mingw, it is as following:</p>
<p>$(MAKE) -C $(PURPLE_TOP) -f $(MINGW_MAKEFILE).</p>
<p>I checked the environment variables in
E:\devel\pidgin-devel\pidgin-2.7.11\libpurple\win32\global.mak , $PURPLE_TOP
$MINGW_MAKEFILE are declared clearly there. Do you have any idea of this
