I think we're planning on the coresecurity.com people announcing on
August 18th.  We're planning on releasing new Pidgin/libpurple/Finch
at that time.  We'll check a fix into MTN shortly before that, maybe
the 17th.  And whoever of us fixes the problem (if it is indeed a
problem) will send a diff to this mailing list as soon as possible.
