Pidgin 2.6.0 is tagged

Hi all,

I have pushed my locally-committed revisions, merged, and tagged for Pidgin
2.6.0.  I also have made tarballs from the tag; as I stated in a previous
thread, my key is untrusted, so the corresponding signatures will need to be
replaced or someone else will need to build and sign tarballs from the tags.
