Any idea when the public security advisories will go live? I would like to
wait for them, but I also want to get this update out to our users.

I'm currently planning to push Red Hat's Pidgin tomorrow (Friday). Our
advisory will mention the security fixes and CVE ids.

If you need help with the advisory text, please let me know.
