Pidgin 2.7.4 released!

Hi all,

Pidgin 2.7.4 is officially released.  Included in this release are some security
fixes[1] and a number of bug fixes.  Details of the new release can be found in
the ChangeLog[2].

Unfortunately, due to the security issues, a couple of translation updates
submitted Wednesday did not make the release.  We apologize for the inconvenience.
