Pidgin 2.14.1. has been released

Greetings Programs,

As many of you are aware, we did in fact release Pidgin 2.14.0 on
2020-06-10.  However there were some issues with the Windows installer
as well as a release error that caused the Mercurial revision to not be
shown in the About box.

To remedy these issues, we decided to release Pidgin 2.14.1 immediately.
 As such, there are new packages available on both SourceForge[1] and
Bintray[2].
