Pidgin rate limits my aim

The last time i used pidgin the same thing happened. i sign on, about 5
minutes later i get disconnected then im not able to enter chats, so i exit
pidgin and try with ANY other aim client and im rate limited. I figured you
guys had fixed the problem so i downloaded the newest version. well. same
thing.
