Attention button security issue?

I noticed the new Attention! button so I mentioned it to my friend.  We were
trying the button with each other.  It didn't seem to do anything for the
recipient, but Symantec flags a .avi and .lnk file that suddenly appear our
shared folders.  It mentions Bloodhound.exploit.343
