I fiddled with the packagers mailing list member list

The list of devs subscribed to security at pidgin.im and
packagers at pidgin.im was basically identical, and it seemed silly to
maintain that list in two places, so I subscribed security at pidgin.im
to packagers at pidgin.im, and I unsubscribed individual devs from
packagers at pidgin.im.

If you're receiving this then you're still subscribed to
security at pidgin.im (yay), and you should still receive emails to
packagers at pidgin.im (yay).
