Crash in Pidgin and Adium on XMPP MUC Presence

Ok, cool.  Thanks for checking, Daniel.  Did you happen to check
wither the 2.x.y branch currently builds on Windows?

Also, I confirmed that the crash Kevin reported is the same as
http://developer.pidgin.im/ticket/14392.  I'm not sure whether the
SILC crash is the same... I'm not good at reading Windows stack
traces.  It actually seems like it might be different to me.  I was
hoping to test it, but I only have one SILC account and couldn't
figure out how to register another one.
