I don't understand this question.  The vulnerabilities on the web site
are identified and published vulnerabilities in Pidgin, finch, and the
libpurple library.  At the moment, all such vulnerabilities are fixed
in the currently released version of Pidgin (2.10.7).  Does that
answer your question?
