Authorization issues

Hello,

 

Im having issues with my Pidgen where I can see my team members online but the ones that I added in manually suddenly became "Not Authorized" and now I cannot see when they are online. I tried right clicking and re-authorizing, but that doesn't do anything.

 



 

Please Advise.
