Pidgin

Hello there,
I have been using Pidgin for the past 4 months. Recently I downloaded 
Pidgin to my lap top. This morning when I went to get on it it would 
not connect me to my accounts. It keeps saying (Could not establish a 
connection with the server:
Windows socket error #10060). I was wondering if you could tell me what 
that means?
