Yahoo wont sign in

Have you gone in and reconnected?

I see Yahoo say this frequently - and I find it coincides with when my 
internet connection experiences a short drop. My connection drops, I 
reconnect, Yahoo still thinks I signed in at another location. I 
reconnect, no problems. Are you actually not able to reconnect?
