ICQ Contact's information at authorization request

Hi everybody,

ICQ: If someone adds me to his friends (or is is called buddies?
Anyway.), I get an authorization request. Given, the person does not
send a message with the request, I only see the person's ICQ number, but
no additional information, which makes it pretty hard to know who is
requesting. Is there any way to somehow show more information about the
person?
