OK, I've got Activestate Perl 5.8.8 installed, but I can't get my
plugins recognized.  There wasn't a plugins directory under
C:\Documents and Settings\myuserid\Application Data\.purple, so I
created one and put the plugin there.  Was that the wrong place?  I'm
running Win2K Pro, sp4.
